Weekly and monthly rooms

ROOM RENTAL ON A WEEKLY BASIS and MONTHLY ROOMS (fitters’ rooms)

(NON-SMOKING ONLY! – FOR PEOPLE WITHOUT A CAR)

You can now also rent furnished single rooms with private shower and toilet – without daily hotel service – on a weekly basis and/or after 20 “trial nights” also on a monthly basis!

ROOM TYPE AND ROOM FURNISHINGS

You rent one (or more) of our “standard” single rooms for 1 person at Hotel Terminus Brugg – on a weekly basis for a minimum of 6 nights.

In just over 10 square meters of room space you can expect

• A bed (195cm x 95cm) with bedding, small bedside table and wall-mounted reading lamp
• A desk with lamp, plus a chair and an armchair
• A closet with shelves
• Dressing room with mirror
• A fridge
• A flat-screen TV with international channels in German, French and Italian
• Our guest WLAN from Swisscom
• Central ceiling lighting
• Various 230 volt/6 ampere sockets

BATHROOM with private SHOWER and TOILET, LAVABO and MIRROR

On request you will receive weekly – or/and in exchange:

• A large terrycloth bath towel
• A terry towel
• A bath rug (terry cloth)
• A box of cosmetic tissues
• A toilet roll

… and a shared “TEA KITCHEN”

In the immediate vicinity of your room is a shared kitchenette for all tenants.
Here you will find an electric hob, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle.

PRICE(S)

The first 6-night week will cost you CHF 310.

We will clean your room and change the bed linen

Now you have the choice:

1. Check-out and key return by 10:00 a.m. or
2. You rent – by mutual agreement – the room for another week.

For each additional week’s rent without interruption you pay CHF 310.-/week (from now on for each 7-night stay)
Our room cleaning and change of bed linen usually takes place on Mondays.
The weekly rent is payable at the hotel reception in cash, by card – or by bank transfer in advance.
The rental contract is always limited in time and is only valid for the rental period agreed by both parties and paid in advance!

And after three weekly room rentals (20 nights), you now have the option of signing a

monthly rental contract at CHF 990.-/month

for the room including weekly cleaning.
– or we can extend for a further 7-night week at CHF 310…
