Our Business Hotel Garni is located in the middle of a wonderful piece of nature, surrounded by historically significant monuments and sights. Ideally located directly opposite the Brugg SBB railway station in Switzerland, we are easy to reach by train, car or plane.

The author is the historian Dr. Andreas Petersen (born 1961 in Cologne). He wrote an article about our family history.
The actual birth of the “Terminus (model) railroad in Brugg” was heralded by Fritz Lang’s wedding in 1924.
Stephan Kraus, author and photographer from Tübingen, editor-in-chief of “Modellbahn Schweiz”, visited our house at the end of February 2024 to photograph our Gauge 1 model train collection and write an informative text about it.

Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 20:00
Saturday and Sunday from 06:00 – 11:00 and from 16:00 – 20:00
Late arrival
Let us know if you will be arriving in Brugg after 20:00. We will be happy to provide you with our special information on request.
Check in / Check out
On the day of arrival your room is ready for occupancy from 16:00. Should you wish to move into your room before 16:00 or after 20:00, please let us know and we will look into the possibilities! On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. at the latest and the keys handed in at reception.
Cancellation policy
free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival of the guest. In case of shorter cancellation time or no-show, one night will be charged!
